Look, if my suburb-city (or yours) doesn’t want to make the roads safe for all, then just say that. Say it’s not a priority. Say you don’t value it. Say you simply don’t have the professional skills or hands-on knowledge to figure it out, and you don’t intend to learn. But don’t say it can’t be done. Because the City of Atlanta somehow achieved this (see photo). And New York City did this. So saying it can’t be done is simply a lie.
