Nature’s gold jewelry

IMG_0824.JPGI’m trying to figure out how to make pendants out of tomatillo husks, so I’m often out there gathering them in various stages of decomposition and experimenting with them and various coatings and constructions. Today it rained, and what I found glimmering in the decaying leaves was more beautiful than anything I could ever make. So now the revised challenge is how to best and most simply showcase (not alter) what already exists as nature’s gold jewelry.
