Support and silence
I’m putting the final touches on my next found-space art exhibit, titled DiverseCity. It is a collection of paintings from my street photography around metro Atlanta (Atlanta BeltLine, High Museum, Stone Mountain, Truly Living Well’s new urban farm, and two from downtown Atlanta). It hits the streets tomorrow (location still to be determined — check Instagram). If interested, here are my exhibits to date during a year-long self-directed participatory intensive in guerrilla art. This ties into my larger study of public art in general, specifically the written and unwritten rules that support and silence us as humans and artists.
