With a straight face

I had just gotten off a mass transit train at the Arts Center station in Midtown Atlanta and I had the heaviest bike in the world with me and two levels to ascend. I asked someone who works there if there was another elevator. “No,” she replied. “What will people in wheelchairs do?” I asked. “Take the escalator,” she answered with a straight face.
